It is known for its Grand Prix motor-racing circuit. The town is located 15km to the northeast of Milan. It can breached in 20 minutes by buses from Milan’s Stazione Centrale.
Duomo is one of the symbols of the town which dates back to the 13th century. Within the Duomo there’s Theodolinda’s Chapel, the queen’s tomb, the chapel and the Iron Crown of Italy where the Lombard kings, holy Roman emperors and Napoleon were crowned.
Parco di Monza: It is located on the north of Monza which covers 1976 acres of area. 15% of it is taken for the motor-racing. There’s the villa of the Archduke Ferdinand of Austria called Villa Reale which was built between 1776 and 1780 by Giuseppe Piermarini.
