Orto Botanico di Brera:
It was established in 1774 by Abbot Fulgenzio Witman. It is located behind the Pinacoteca di Brera on an area of 5000 m². It’s a botanical garden in the centre of Milan which is operated by the Istituto di Fisica Generale Applicata of the Milan University.
Orto Botanico di Cascina Rosa:
It is a botanical garden located on an area of 22000 m² at the end of Via Carlo Valvassori Peroni. It is operated by Milan University.
